Normal wear and tear, settling, pilling, colour variation, accidental damage, misuse and other excluded situations are generally not covered, subject to assessment.
Yes. Temporary impressions and natural cushion settling are a normal part of use in many softer furnishings.

No. Natural and dye-lot variation is expected and is not automatically a defect.
