03 · Payment and production
Production follows confirmed payment.
Production begins after payment is confirmed through the approved checkout process. CloudHaus will contact you if a final specification or delivery detail needs clarification.
Estimated delivery for 1–2 pieces is 3–5 weeks; 3–5 pieces is 4–6 weeks; 6–8 pieces is 6–8 weeks; and 9 or more pieces is 8–10 weeks. Your bag shows the current date range for the quantity selected.
04 · Delivery and access
Clear delivery, arranged around your address.
Eligible furniture orders from R29,995 receive free delivery in approved Johannesburg areas. Checkout confirms the arrangement and amount for every address before payment.
Johannesburg CBD, Sandton, Randburg, Roodepoort, Fourways and Midrand qualify when an eligible furniture order reaches R29,995.
Our team carries the furniture inside, takes it upstairs where access is safe, moves it into place, unpacks it and removes the packaging.
Cape Town, Durban and Gqeberha destination-depot delivery is R2,500. Customer collection is required; it is not home delivery. Final eligibility is confirmed before dispatch.
Please check door widths, passages, stairs, landings, lifts, turning space and access to the intended room. Ensure someone is available to receive delivery.
Installation, wall mounting and specialist assembly are quoted separately where required. Optional delivery insurance may also be quoted separately.
05 · Room Sets and savings
One complete Room Set, clearly priced.
It includes the Zara Sofa, Alexis Occasional Chair, Cairn Twin Coffee Tables and Oracle Side Table. Add all four pieces to your bag and receive a 10% Room Set saving. Eligible Johannesburg furniture orders over R29,995 receive free delivery.
No. The 10% saving applies only when all four Room Set pieces are in the bag. Delivery and any later fabric or configuration changes are shown separately at checkout.

07 · Product concerns and support
We are here when an order needs attention.
Returns, cancellations and product concerns are handled according to the applicable CloudHaus terms and South African consumer law. Contact CloudHaus promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing concern.
