Support when the workmanship is genuinely at fault.

If CloudHaus verifies a workmanship or manufacturing defect arising during normal residential use, we arrange collection, repair and return delivery at our cost. Send your order number, a short description and clear photographs so we can assess the concern properly.

Care-related damage, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect cleaning, prolonged exposure or unauthorised alterations are not manufacturing defects. Natural material variation is assessed in the context of the agreed product specification.

This promise operates alongside, and does not limit, rights available under South African consumer law.
